Welcome to Sri Krishna Balaram International Guest House, Vrindavan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing our room booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to stand governed by the rules, terms, and ashram guidelines outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our booking infrastructure.

2. General Guest Policies & Code of Conduct

To preserve the pristine, spiritual, and meditative atmosphere of the holy Raman Reiti and Sri Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir complex, all residing devotees and guests must strictly adhere to the following regulations:

  • Strictly Prohibited: Consumption of alcohol, smoking, tobacco products, non-vegetarian food, as well as food items containing onion and garlic, are strictly banned inside the guest house rooms and premises.
  • Behavioral Guidelines: Guests are requested to maintain decent decorum, dress modestly, and respect the ashram culture during their spiritual stay.
  • Pets: To ensure hygiene and absolute safety standards for international pilgrims and elders, pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Regulations

  • Standard Timings: Official Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Identification: It is mandatory for all Indian Nationals to produce a valid Government-approved photo ID card (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the reservation desk. Non-resident Indians (NRIs) and International Devotees must carry a valid Passport and Visa/OCI card.
  • Early Check-In: Early room allocations are completely subject to real-time availability and cannot be fully guaranteed in advance.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

All online room queries, direct calls, and WhatsApp reservations are processed according to standard temple community management protocols:

  • During peak festival months (such as Janmashtami, Radhashtami, or Kartik Month), bookings should ideally be confirmed at least 15 to 30 days in advance.
  • The management holds complete authority to cancel or decline any booking request if it contradicts the ashram’s safety directives or local legal guidelines.
  • Refund policies regarding room cancellations depend on how early the front desk is notified. Please clarify dynamic cancellation slabs directly with our booking executive before initiating final payments.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While the administration provides 24/7 basic security inside the guest house facility, guests are solely responsible for their personal cash, jewelry, baggage, and digital gadgets. The management will not stand liable for any personal loss, damage, or accidents occurring due to negligence.

6. Revisions to Terms

The management of ISKCON Guest House Vrindavan reserves the absolute right to amend, alter, or update these operational Terms and Conditions at any point without prior notice to general visitors. Continued usage of the site post updates signifies your implicit acceptance of the revised rules.
